What is the price?
The rates for 1 night are: double room 12 500 Rps., triple room 14 500 Rps, family room (triple with extra bed) 16 000 Rps., whole villa (3 bedrooms) 35 500 Rps., whole resort (4 bedrooms) 45 000 Rps. These prices are valid until the end of October 2022.
Is also the full board or half board possible?
Unfortunately we don’t serve half board or full board. Our guests can use our fully equipped kitchens or visit some of the restaurants nearby, 5-10 minutes walk on beach or road from our place. We can also manage the srilankan breakfast for Rs. 1000 per person.
Is the beach safe for swimming?
We are right on the Madilla beach. Swimmimg directly in front of our resort is not recommended because of rough water. But only a couple of minutes’ walk (up to 10 minutes) on the beach or the road will take you to calmer spots where you can enjoy bathing without any worries.
Are the rooms with AC and do you have a swimming pool?
No, there is not AC. The rooms are equipped with the ceiling fans to ensure the comfortable temperature. Yes, we have a swimming pool for our guests only.
What is extended check-out?
Our usual check-ou time is 10 a.m. But if you book 2 or more nights you can stay until 8 p.m. for free!Â
